By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Noor Mahal Collections may update them from time to time; the latest version always applies.
2. Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Because each piece is hand-embroidered, slight variations in colour, embellishment and finish are natural and not defects.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities.
3. Orders & payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking.
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or error.
4. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. Free delivery applies to orders over ₹3,499; a flat delivery fee applies below that. See our Shipping policy.
5. Exchange & N.M.C Coins
We offer exchange only — no returns or refunds — governed by our Exchange Policy & N.M.C Coins, including the 3-day window, tag/packaging conditions, the unboxing-video requirement for damage claims, and how price differences settle via online payment or N.M.C Coins store credit.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
7. Intellectual property
All content, imagery and designs on this site belong to Noor Mahal Collections and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noor Mahal Collections is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
